Sub-processors

SEOWing is operated by GOLDENWING Creative Studios e.U. (Czeikestrasse 4/21, 1100 Vienna, Austria). To provide the service we rely on the sub-processors listed below. Each one processes only the data needed for its purpose, under a data processing agreement and appropriate safeguards for any transfer outside the EU/EEA (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

1. Always active

Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting and email infrastructure)

Purpose: infrastructure provider for seowing.io, the customer portal and the license/update API (virtual servers), and mailbox hosting for our support and transactional email (hello@seowing.io). Data: license keys, the domains a license is active on, plugin/WordPress/PHP versions, server logs; email content and metadata of messages you send to us or receive from us. Location: data centers in the EU; Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus/Lithuania), with safeguards under SCCs where applicable.

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Purpose: payment and subscription processing. Data: billing details, subscription status, invoice amounts, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card data is handled by Stripe, not by us. Location: Ireland (EU), with onward transfers under SCCs.

2. Feature-dependent

These sub-processors only receive data when you actively use the related feature.

DataForSEO

When: only if you use the keyword, SERP or backlink data features. Data: the site URLs and keywords you query. No personal data of your site visitors. Location: EU/US, under SCCs.

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (AI providers)

When: only if you enable the optional in-admin AI assistant, and only with your own API key. Data: the content and prompts you submit to the assistant. Location: US, under SCCs. You choose the provider; you can run SEOWing entirely without any AI provider.

3. Changes to this list

We keep this page current. Where required, customers under a data processing agreement are notified of new or replaced sub-processors before they begin processing, so that any right to object can be exercised.
