Terms of Use & License Agreement

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, installing or using SEOWing, you agree to these terms. SEOWing is operated by GoldenWing Creative Studios e.U., Vienna, Austria ("we", "us").

2. What SEOWing Is

SEOWing is a licensed SEO plugin for WordPress. It analyzes, configures and optimizes a WordPress website (metadata, structured data, sitemaps, redirects, images and related SEO features) and can be operated manually or by an AI agent over the Model Context Protocol.

3. License Grant

  • On payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SEOWing on the number of sites (seats) covered by your plan.
  • The license is tied to the domain(s) you activate and remains valid while your license term is active.
  • Updates and support are included for the duration of an active license.

4. License Restrictions

  • You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the plugin or its code.
  • You may not use a single-site license on more sites than your plan allows.
  • You may not remove, bypass, or tamper with the license check or update mechanism.
  • You may not reverse engineer the plugin except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You must own or be authorized to manage any website on which you use SEOWing.
  • You are responsible for keeping your license key and any API keys confidential.
  • You are responsible for backups of your WordPress site.
  • You must not use SEOWing for any unlawful purpose.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Industries

SEOWing may not be used by, or to provide SEO for, websites that operate in the following industries:

  • Gambling and betting (online casinos, sports betting, lotteries)
  • Adult or sexually explicit content, escort and adult dating
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition and related trade
  • Tobacco, vaping and nicotine products
  • Alcoholic beverages (sale and distribution)
  • Recreational drugs and related substances

We may refuse, suspend or revoke a license and disable the plugin's active features (audit, AI assistant, automated changes and updates) for any site that falls into a prohibited industry, with no obligation to refund fees for that prohibited use beyond mandatory statutory rights. Structured data already written to your site is not removed.

7. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment

  • SEOWing is sold as a subscription. You choose a plan and billing interval (monthly or yearly) at sign-up; the fees and seat limits are shown on seowing.io and at checkout.
  • All prices are net amounts in euro. Statutory VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Business customers can enter a valid VAT ID; the reverse-charge procedure is applied where it applies.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We do not store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel any time in your account at app.seowing.io (or the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the license stays active until then.
  • If a subscription ends or is not renewed, updates, support and the premium features stop. Existing SEO data already written to your site stays in place; the plugin keeps serving it.

8. Money-Back Guarantee & Right of Withdrawal

  • 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact hello@seowing.io within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund of that initial payment.
  • Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital products and services that begin immediately, this right expires once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Our 30-day money-back guarantee goes beyond this statutory minimum.
  • Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

9. Data Accuracy

  • SEO analysis and recommendations are guidance, not guarantees.
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or business outcomes.
  • SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

SEOWing, its source code and brand are protected by copyright and remain our property. Your site content and the output SEOWing generates for your site remain yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • SEOWing is provided "as is" without warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost rankings, lost traffic or lost data.
  • Our total liability is limited to the license fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury under mandatory law remains unaffected.

12. Termination

  • You may stop using SEOWing at any time by deactivating and removing the plugin.
  • We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these terms.
  • On termination you must stop using the plugin and deactivate your license.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
